3 Months since I've posted,

and I've done four more Sylvia paintings. Also one commission piece. I did a family's grand kids, and it was interesting to me how it evolved without predetermination.I knew I did not want to use the background from the photo, but the colors, including metalic gold, and the stripes were a surprise.I really like how it turned out.

A lot of people responded favorably to seeing Sylvia and Ruth Bader Ginsberg. And Sylvia in the pool was just fun to have her in a recreational setting.

The other two paintings, Sylvia Walking, and Sylvia Needs a Ride, puts her in what are 'traditionally vulnerable situations for women. I have a few more along that line that I think are important to make.
